I am giles, a passionate photographer based on the South Downs close to Brighton. I have a special interest in capturing portraits that tell a story. I believe that every face has a unique narrative, and through my lens, I aim to highlight the moment, the emotions, the expressions, the reactions and the beauty that might otherwise go unnoticed.

Recently I have rediscovered my love for surfing which has added a new layer of inspiration to my work. The raw power of the Ocean, the peaceful connection with nature, the thrill of catching a wave have all fuelled my creativity in exciting ways.

Photography and Surfing are more than just hobbies - they are how I connect with the World and I am excited to share that journey with you.

I have fallen in love with Photography later in life than many and am making up for lost time. I take great joy in producing something that people love. Photography gives me the tools to achieve this. To be able to capture a moment in time that will last a lifetime is what drives me. Photographs can give us all access to a pictorial history of our lives. When you start to build a collection, you can look back through and stir memories and feelings. Every subject is different so every photo shoot is unique.

I aim to provide an affordable option for people when it comes to commissioning work. So will always be bespoke and flexible when it comes to a peoples budgets. I believe it is more important to provide someone with a great image and to grow and learn from all the people you get to meet. I am versatile when it comes to Photography but get the most enjoyment when working with People and Animals.
